Alaina Crowe, LMT
I grew up in the Burlington-Edison School district and received my massage license in 2016. The year prior, while I attended Arlington’s own little massage school, I quickly developed a skill for deep tissue. I knew before starting school that I wanted to help people in pain, and I take great pride that I am now capable of helping them find relief. I use a technique that works with the body to release tension. It allows me to get into deep areas without feeling invasive so the body can remain well relaxed.
Many have said that I have a great sense of finding where they are tender, and an innate ability to stay in the realm of “good pain” in those areas. I started working here a few months after I got my license and love working with this incredible team and getting to know this amazing community.

Sydney Andrews, LMT
Born and raised in Marysville, I graduated from Arlington School of Massage in February 2023. I have always had a knack for problem solving, and that hasn’t changed when it comes to my approach for massage therapy. I enjoy working with patients to help identify their aches and pains, as well as work on a plan together to help prevent them in the future. I take pride in a willingness to adapt to the patient’s needs, knowing that each problem deserves a customized approach and is not usually “one size fits all.” I also like to incorporate Swedish, deep tissue and manual mobilization techniques to maximize the effect of the massage on the soft tissue.
I believe that the human body is capable of telling you exactly what is wrong, you just have to know how to listen. Haven’t you heard the word of your body?
